Packaging & Branding Design Internship – Summer 2018

We are a vibrant design and innovation agency seeking a design intern with an interest in branding/packaging to join our Chicago team for the Summer of 2018. Design interns at DuPuis will enjoy the freedom to work on a variety of projects and clients. At DuPuis, we pride ourselves on our ability to solve a broad range of visual and strategic problems.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Passionate about typography, packaging and brand design
- Excited to partner with our strategy team to create work that is both visually stunning and strategically sensible
- A great thinker and curious innovator
- Able to hit objectives as well as deliver dynamic, inspired ideas to solve problems
- Help conceptualize design solutions
- Working directly with Designers and Senior Designers
- A true team player with a consistent focus on client and co-worker empathy
Required Skills:
- Top tier portfolio
- Well-skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Highly Collaborative
- Proactive and solutions-driven
- A thirst for design and design thinking
Position Specifics:
- 3 month term
- Flexible hourly schedule 3 days of on-site work per week
- Stipend upon completion & ability to work with your program requirements to obtain academic credit
